Introduction

The present conditions of purchase establish the terms of agreement between the company Nudo Atelier S.L. with CIF number B67234740 (“brand”) and the customer (“Client”) formalized through the website nudoclothing.com (the “Website”) for the acquisition by the Customer of items of clothing through the Website .

How to buy

The purchase of Nudo Clothing products can be done through the online store enabled for this purpose or physically through our showroom located in Barcelona by appointment at info@nudoclothing.com

For the purchase through the web, the steps established in the purchase process must be followed, which include the selection of product with its different size or color variations, if any, the contribution of customer delivery data and the payment of the order.

If after making the order you wish to make changes in it, the customer must contact the brand through the email shop@nudoclothing.com for the management of them. It must be taken into account that any change in the quantity of the product or size requested will be subject to availability, so the brand does not guarantee that the requested change can be made in these circumstances.

The brand reserves the right to reject an order received through the online store in the event that it has detected failures in the platform, errors in the price or any other type of incident. If the order is canceled, the client will be duly informed through the contact means provided during the purchase and the amount paid will be reimbursed.

Payments

The online store offers other secure payment options: Paypal, bank transfer or card through secure payment platforms belonging to banking entities.

In case payment is selected by bank transfer, the order will not be confirmed until the payment has been received. The client must take into account that the receipt of the amount may take a few days from the moment of the transfer. To expedite the confirmation, the client can provide proof of payment to the mail shop@nudoclothing.com. If after 3 days have passed since the order was made, confirmation of the transfer has not been received, the brand reserves the right to cancel the order and release the product from the stock.

Shipping

When making the purchase will be accepting the conditions of purchase, as well as the terms and delivery terms of the product.

The shipment of all products will be made through the external messaging service of MRW and SEUR for domestic shipments and MRW or DHL for international shipments. The terms and conditions of transport will be those established by the supplier.

So that the management of the shipments is carried out in an optimal way, the client must provide clear and true data during the execution of the order that allows the transport company to deliver the products. In case that all the necessary data are not available or if incorrectness is detected, the brand may request the client to complete its information.

Along with the order confirmation, the customer can receive a shipping number with which they can follow up through the service provider’s website.

Changes and refunds

If the garment you have received is not the size you need or does not meet your expectations, NUDO offers you the possibility of exchanging it for another or returning it.

For this you will have 15 calendar days (from the date of receipt of the order) to send us the product again following the instructions that you will find inside the packaging. We will refund the amount (except shipping costs) once we receive the product again and we can verify that everything is correct. For size changes, shipping costs will be charged again.

If you prefer, you can also make the change or return through our physical showroom located in Barcelona. To do this, you must request a prior appointment via email: info@nudoclothing.com.

In the event that the return or exchange occurs due to damage to the garment received, the full amount will be paid, including shipping costs. Keep in mind that before sending the garments, we carry out an exhaustive control of their condition, so the return of garments with damages that have occurred due to the use that the client has made upon the reception of the order or to the try on the clothes.

The refund will be made following the same payment method used during the purchase.
